Big ol’ updates to TTG Publisher and Highslide

Not only did the world NOT end today, but a whole new world has opened up to those of us using plugins from The Turning Gate to manage our websites.  Metadata is now supported in Publisher, and if you use the Hi-Res image feature, the Publisher will now create those hi-res images and upload them automatically.
