Auroras: Northwest Territories in fall of 2015

aurora from Prosperous Lake, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, CanadaThis is just a head’s up. Victoria Dye and I are planning a trip back to Yellowknife for September 2015 to once again photograph the auroras.

Photographing auroras was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in over 20 years of nature photography. Nothing else has topped it. Not slot canyons, not Alaska bears, not even that amazing morning at Mt. Rainier’s Reflection Lake when the fog in the trees looked like it was on fire. Not even Iceland (well, if I photograph auroras in Iceland I’ll have to revisit this).

I already have eight people on the “Let me know as soon as this trip is available!” list so the tour is likely to sell out. These people will be notified about trip availability first.

I should be able to get all the arrangements make and get the trip posted by mid to late November. If having the photo experience of a lifetime is something you crave (bucket list, anyone?), let me know and I’ll add you to the list for early notification.
